Cancellation Policy

General Terms and Conditions of Service 1. Scope of Services: Cool Wave Air Solutions provides air conditioning installation, repair, and maintenance services in New South Wales and Queensland, Australia. 2. Service Agreement: A service agreement will be provided to the customer outlining the specific services to be performed, the estimated cost, and the expected completion date. 3. Quotes and Estimates: Quotes and estimates provided by Cool Wave Air Solutions are valid for 14 days from the date of issuance. Actual costs may vary based on unforeseen circumstances or changes in the scope of work. 4. Payment Terms: Payment for services is due upon completion of the work, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. We accept most forms of payment. Late payments will incur a 10% interest charge per week overdue. 5. Cancellation Policy: If a customer cancels a scheduled appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of $100 may apply. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events, Cool Wave Air Solutions may reschedule the appointment without a penalty. 6. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under this agreement if such delay or failure is caused by a force majeure event, which includes but is not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, or government regulations.   7. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed to the other party in connection with this agreement. This obligation shall survive the termination of this agreement.   8. Warranty: Cool Wave Air Solutions warrants its workmanship for 12 months from the date of service completion. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by third parties. 9. Liability: Cool Wave Air Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from its services. Cool Wave Air Solutions is not responsible for any property damage or personal injury caused by third parties. 10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales and Queensland, Australia.   11.
